Welcome to Loughborough / All new employees are automatically booked onto ‘Welcome to Loughborough’ to meet some of the Key people in the University & get an understanding of the vision and future development of the University. Alternative suitable dates can be given by contacting Staff Development
Role Specific Training / Ensure that staff are booked onto all job specific mandatory training
Performance & Development Review (PDR) / Explain the process - every member of staff will have an annual PDR with at least one review to focus on performance in the role and development needs – this process happens once the probation is complete
Further Training and Development / Explain about the Staff Development opportunities and web site.
