Summary of Role

End Youth Homelessness (EYH) is a national movement to end youth homelessness in the UK. EYH brings together local charities to tackle youth homelessness on a national scale, working directly with over 26,000 young people who are amongst the most deprived in the UK.
Each EYH charity works in its own way to meet the needs of local young people; all sharing a belief in giving homeless young people the opportunity to turn their lives around; build high aspirations and move on to successful and independent lives.
The post holder will support the delivery of one of EYH’s key corporate partnerships whilst also providing support to the wider EYH team with the delivery of partnerships, projects and administrative duties to help achieve income targets and increase awareness of EYH across the UK. The post holder will be based on site with our key corporate partner 3 days a week in Leeds and in the Centrepoint Bradford office 2 days a week.

Key Results Areas/Success Measures

KR 1: / The post holder will support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver the fundraising strategy for a key corporate partner including supporting in all aspects of fundraising event management
Success Measure: / Income generated through partnership to achieve partnership fundraising target
KR 2: / Supported by the Corporate Partnership Manager, the post holder will manage the recruitment and stewardship of event participants for key corporate partner
Success Measure: / Performance measured on income achieved through fundraising events and participation uptake
KR 3: / Manage volunteering opportunities and cause collections for key corporate partner including identifying and prioritising opportunities, organising activity and reporting on activity
Success Measure: / Performance measured by number of volunteering and cause collection opportunities facilitated and number of volunteering hours
KR 4: / Administering EYH finance system including processing expenditure through finance system and tracking various income streams
Success Measure: / EYH income and expenditure records are accurate and up to date, coded correctly and invoices are raised within 24 hours

Other Tasks/Success Measures

Task 1: / Monitor and update content on EYH website and social media platforms including facilitating collection of content from member charities
Success Measure: / All EYH online media content is current and relevant
Task 2: / Provide administrative support to EYH team including co-ordinating EYH meetings, booking team travel and managing unsolicited enquiries
Success Measure: / Enquiries responded to within 48 hours, supporters thanked within 48 hours, team meetings co-ordinated in a timely manner
Task 3: / Provide support to the EYH Partnerships team to deliver high quality account management meeting the needs of the EYH corporate partner and achieving those partnership objectives
Success Measure: / Partnership objectives achieved, meeting income and activity targets
Task 4: / Respond to enquiries from and provide support to EYH member charities in the delivery of national corporate partnerships
Success Measure: / Regional partnership objectives achieved, meeting income and activity targets
Task 5: / Maintain excellent relationship and income records on Raisers Edge.
Success Measure: / All EYH records up to date, and income reconciled and recorded on Raisers Edge.
