Travel & Parking

  • Car parking will be available from 10:45am
  • If you plan to travel by coach or minibus, please inform ISA HQ by emailing–
  • Spectators are encouraged to car share where possible due to parking restrictions at the venue.
  • Stewards will direct you in the front car park.

Race information

  • Course familiarisation between 11:00 - 12.20.
  • All runners must be off the course by 12.30pm.
  • The courses are planned so that it is possible to start some races before the previous race has totally finished.
  • All courses are suitable for spikes.
  • Most of the course is fully taped.
  • The numbers 1 to 9 printed on the map attached are to be found on the course itself.

Declarations/ Registratation

  • Team Managers ONLYto register runners inside the marquee.
  • No spectators are allowedin the registration area. Please inform all parents/guardians that children must register independently.
  • Please ensure that any changes to teams are given to the Team Managers on arrival. Team Managers will be required to write any late changes on the sheet provided.

Attire

  • All competitors are expected to wear an area vest with the appropriate colour for the region they are representing. They may wear white or black under garments but please avoid other colours.
  • If any area needs to purchase new vests, please contact ISA Sport if you require a supplier.

Electronic Timing (Race Timing Solutions)

  • This year all races will be electronically timed.
  • Competitors will be given a race pack when they register with their Team Manager.
  • The race pack includes race numbers, safety pins and an electronic chip.
  • Competitors should attach the numbers to the front and back of their vests.
  • Electronic chips must be fastened to their shoe as shown in the picture attached.

Changing/Toilets

  • Changing rooms and toilets are available in the Sports Centre next to the car park. There are also portable loos located on the playing fields
  • Valuables - please look after as any loss/damage will not be the responsibility of the ISA or Princethorpe College.

First Aid

  • There will be three first aid points provided by SALOP Medical. Mobile first aiders will be placed half way around the course and on the finish line. There will be a stationary first aid point located in the marquee.

Refreshments

  • There will be HOT/COLD refreshments on saleprovided by Farriers Fayre.

Programmes

  • Complimentary programmes will be available on arrival.
  • Please ensure that all children’s names are correct (check Squad In Touch database) as these will copied directly in to the programme

Parking

  • Parking will be available from 10:45am
  • Please note that most of the parking is on grass and not hardstanding.

Photography

  • Please let us know of any children who cannot be photographed. They will be required to wear a red wristband.
  • Bentley Photographic will be selling photos so please visit their trailer at some point during the day. You can also purchase photos online using the following details:

Competitiors:

  • Junior Races - 10 competitors from each Area (6 count towards team points)
  • Senior Races - 10 competitors from each Area (4 count towards team points)

Presentations:

  • Individual - At the end of each race, medals will be awarded to the top 3finishers. Participation certificates can be downloaded from the ISA Sport Website.
  • Team Awards – U12 and U14 Combined, U16 and O16 Combined and Overall.There will be no trophies awarded this year but winners will be published on the ISA website on 05/02/2018.
