“UNION OF GOVERNMENT”
Genesis 37: 5 41: 33 / 3-40. 45: 4-5
This is the time where the Lord will release the anointing of Joseph on his people.
The Lord will use this anointing in us so that we can be a supernatural blessing, and have extreme wisdom of resources for our families, neighbors, co-workers and students.
Let's see THREE components of Joseph's anointing:
Interpretation of dreams: God gave Joseph grace to interpret his own dreams and the dreams of others. There are many dreams that need to be interpreted. The interpreters are those who have the discernment to impel those who have great dreams without developing, that with a prophetic word, will be unlocked
Apostolic Administration: The gift of Joseph's administration was the tool that God used to release his blessing on the nation. The detailed administrative plan that Joseph shared with Pharaoh was transformed into the supernatural provision of God and the solution to Pharaoh's dream. It provided the structures needed by the nation of Egypt and neighboring nations to survive during the famine.
Reconciliation of families: The provision of physical need was the vehicle that God used to bring restoration and reconciliation to the family of Joseph and the rest of the nation of Israel. Joseph's anointing could flow because he wanted to reconcile with those who behaved badly toward him. Joseph did not allow his personal pain history to impede what God wanted to do in his family, and as a result, the nation of Israel was rescued and freed from hunger.
One of the great obstacles to the movement of the Holy Spirit of God in the family is the lack of disposition to get rid of an offense and therefore keeping roots of bitterness. We have to be reconciling people, the reconciliatory initiate plans for healing and restoration; they take practical and tangible steps to reconcile regardless of cost. Joseph wept while he reconciled with his family, he did it because that is the heart of a reconciler. So we must be willing to reconcile with those who at some time did us wrong.
▪ Joseph's anointing will transform the famine into a party, the loss into profit and the backward movement into a leap forward. Prepare the table, because the feast of provision comes.
▪ As Joseph spoke to his brothers, the Lord will also speak through your life to those who rose up against you in the past. While you are anointed you will be able to say as Joseph did: Now, then, do not be sad, nor do you regret having sold me here; For God has sent me before you for the preservation of life.
... And God sent me before you, to preserve you posterity on earth, and to give you life through great liberation.
So, you did not send me here, but God ... Gen 45: 5-8

"GOVERN YOUR HOME WELL"
1Timothy 3: 4-5... Let him govern his house well, let him have his children in subjection with all honesty 5 (for he who does not know how to govern his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?).
This is the task for a man or woman who aspires government.
The government should be exercised from home, if you do not govern your home well how can you govern in other dimensions?
The house is like a company, you cannot neglect it, and you have to manage everything it contains: the family (children, parents, siblings), married life, your own family relationship, communication, economy, utensils, in this frame, everything that exists in a house must have its care and maintenance so that it can last. Remember that in the nation a government must ensure to maintain renewable and non-renewable natural resources; to children, young people, the elderly, security, cleanliness, order in all areas, remodeling and buildings, the global industry, that there is food, medicine and productivity, etc., etc.
If you think that governing is to impose, lording it over a house, a family, a state, a nation, then you are exercising a dictatorial government, but if you think that governing is to serve, you will become a transformer of lives, families, societies.
Let's see what the Lord says in Matthew 20: 25-27: Then Jesus called them and said, "You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. 26More among you it will not be so, but whoever wants to be great among you will be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first among you will be your servant;
Your house should be a place of comfort, where each member of the family feels safe, nourishes, lives in peace, can find a solution to most or all issues, respect and discipline. In a house there should not be 2 heads, there must be a head that directs and this must be man.
RESULTS OF NOT EXERCISING GOVERNMENT
Harsh and spoiled children who do not respect their parents
The family is divided, groups and alliances are created, some are with the father, others with the mothers and others between brothers, and thus they get used to living in a community with the same surname.
The children rise up against the parents, when they reach a certain age they want to give up because they do not accept authority or the treatment and even the bad treatment they received.
There are houses where children enter and leave without anyone establishing a discipline. Many parents are afraid of their children
When there is authority, there is control, when the authority is lost, control is lost
TASK: Analyze and check, what things are missing or are others in your home? What things have not been resolved yet? How is the treatment and communication in your family? Evaluate if you have exercised good governance at home and do not try to call "Normal" something you do not want or do not dare to change; or tell the good bad and the bad good, and do not try to justify or tolerate what you know is not right, it´s better to correct in time.

"WHO GOVERNS IN THE HOME: THE CHILDREN, THE WOMANOR THE MAN?"
In this sense, the following question arises: WHO SHOULD GOVERN?
The government in a house is by the authority delegated by God within a pre-established order.
The baton of a house should be carried by the man or the woman (the parents) does not mean that the children should not contribute. When a child, for a certain circumstance, assumes part or economic responsibility in the family, it does not mean that he becomes the head to assume the authority or direction of the home.
According to what the Bible says, man (when present) is the head of the home, this should not have discussion, so each man must assume the character of government so that there is order at home and his family is safe.
When God called Noah to build the ark possibly his wife, sons and daughters-in-law were with him in the arduous task that they had to perform for a long time. God marked the guidelines to Noah, although all were involved, the guidelines and establishments in the construction Noah had. His children helped in the logistics of the way the animals were to enter and their location, but Noah gave the orders. So clearly you see in this scenario, who governed.
It´s important that you, as a man or head of household, take the reins so that your house does not become a mess If God told Noah one thing, he had to fulfill it (Gen 6:22).
When you as head, authority or government do not fulfill your duty at home, you cannot have the right to govern and multiply.
What happened to Noah and his family? It says gene 9. God blessed Noah and his children, and he said to them: Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.
Final tips:
• Children, it is not up to you to take powers without the authorization of your parents. Subordinate yourself to your parents so that God may be glorified in you and honored through you.
• Women do not assume the priestly place or authority of their husband, try not to excel, their physical and internal beauty will be manifested by their obedience and subjection
• Men are quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; because the wrath of man does not work the justice of God. James 1: 19-20. You, man of God, have the anointing to govern your house. Do not try to rule your house in the flesh; have vision and a heart led by the Holy Spirit

"DOES GOD GOVERN YOUR HOME?"
Luke 6:46 Why do you call me, Lord, Lord, and do not do what I say?
2 Samuel 6: 11-12 and the ark of the LORD was in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months; and Jehovah blessed Obed-edom and his entire house. 12And King David was told, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obed-edom, and all that he hath, because of the ark of God.
Every family must know that if the Lord does not build his house, those who build it work in vain.
God wants to be the one who governs, THE LORD of his house, but it is necessary that you wish it to be so, doing what he commands.
If the Lord rules your home, it cannot be a place where discord, jealousy, fighting, rebellion, sickness, etc. prevail. When the word of God marks the direction of their lives, by order, peace, abundance, respect, obedience, the prevailing health, then God is present in that house.
It is almost impossible that where God is there is misery, abandonment, constant pain, fears, blows, ruin. If this exists, you must rise up to cut with this spirit and allow the Holy Spirit to exercise control and clean your house, so that it is he who governs everything.
When we observe what happened with Obed-Edom and his whole house in a matter of three months, it is great to think that in such a short time the effects of having the presence of God were so remarkable and great. This tells us that the man had a right, obedient heart and a family devoted to honoring God.
Even though you are called to keep the reins of your house in order, God must be the Lord who takes charge of your life. That when someone sees their children how they behave; go home and see how they live; how is your dealings with your spouse; how is the family relationship, and see how prosperous it is, you can say: God is the Lord of this family, GOD GOVERNS HIS HOUSE!
