JOB PURPOSE: / To manage and drive Oxfam’s in house face to face fundraising programme.

  • In house Fundraising Coordinator

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: / Responsible for managing and developing an expenditure budget in excess of £1.0 million over two years

  • Leadership, motivation and line management of In house street fundraising team
  • Establish, develop, deliver strategies on annual plan cycle
  • Manage unit budgets in excess of £1.0m: over two years propose/plan, advise, and review.
  • Resolve complex unit problems.
  • Impact on income and reputation at corporate level
  • Planning focus to 3 years for unit.
  • Influence and negotiate with a wide range of people on a regular basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /
  • Develop strategies and implementation plans for the ongoing expansion and performance of the in house face to face fundraising programme.
In 15/16 this will include:
  • Setting up and launching new face to face operation in Bangkok
  • Recruiting and training of Team Leaders and Fundraisers
  • Provide leadership and effective management of performance, ensuring both financial and non-financial targets are routinely met.
  • Work closely with fundraising co coordinator to secure the best possible private sites
  • Regularly monitor and report on KPI’s, working with regions to improve performance where necessary
  • Forecast performance on a quarterly, annual and 3 year basis for planning purposes
  • Work closely with the managers to ensure high quality training and compliance both to the Oxfam brand and values and fundraising guidelines
