The following constitutes Addendum #1 to the above referenced solicitation. This addendum is divided into the following parts:

It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to be knowledgeable of all of the additions, deletions, clarifications and modifications to the RFQ and/or the New Jersey Standard Terms and Conditions relative to this RFQ as set forth in all addenda.

Bidders must be aware that NJDOT is looking for the best value on the parts supplied.
2 / 3 & 5 / Equipment description for NJDOT Headquarters and for Wall Township / In regards to the back-flow preventers located at both NJDOT and Wall Township locations does the monthly inspection include any required certifications for these units, or will the successful bidder simply perform a visual inspection of the units for obvious leaks or malfunctions? / Monthly inspection will be a visual inspection for obvious leaks and malfunctions only. The contractor shall notify the NJDOT of any deficiencies that are discovered.

Line #5: The Bidder must submit an all-inclusive fixed hourly price to include, but not limited to direct labor, overhead, fee or profit, clerical support, managerial (administrative) support, all documents, reports, forms, travel, reproduction and any other associated costs. No additional fees or costs shall be paid by the State unless there is a change in the scope.
