Important information- must read

  • NSCC ID Cards must be valid THROUGH the END DATE of training-no exceptions.
  • Cadets are responsible for their own spending money - KEEP IT LOCKED UP!
  • NSCC Flashes on all outer garments (except Raincoat), including Jumpers and Shirts. Cadet's last name must be stenciled over right shirt pocket on dungaree shirts (or applied nametape). Cadet's last name must be stenciled on right hip pocket of dungarees (or applied nametape). Do not cross out previous names; cover with like denim color patches and then stencil your name. White lettering on blue name tapes are also acceptable to cover previous names.
  • BDUs will be worn in proper order only: Complete and in acceptable condition and appearance.
  • All other items will be marked with Cadet's last name & last 4 digits of SSN# on manufacturer's label
  • Cell phones will be collected upon check-in. Those traveling by air will be given the opportunity to contact their parents/guardians upon arrival.
  • The use iPods, MP3 players, and the like, will notbe permitted. The NSCC, the training command, nor the camp facilities, are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items;
  • Cadets are reminded not to bring candy, gum, magazines, weapons, or other contraband items.
  • Bathing suits for both genders should be conservative in cut and color; female suitsshall be one piece.
  • Shaving gels such as Edge are allowed, but all other aerosol cans are prohibited.
  • Hair must be within regulations in length and color.
  • All female cadets will be required to adhere to the proper regulations of hair management.
  • Laundry Fee is $5.00.
  • Cadets may use 2 sea bags if necessary. Back Packs may also be used.
