We specialize in group retreats and will provide you with a beautiful ballroom to enjoy your group activities. There is no need to carry anything up or down as we have a fabulous conveyor system that does this for you. Each person will enjoy 4’ of table space, an ergonomic adjustable chair, a foot stool if needed, a drink & garbage holder and electrical outlets.
We allow each group to have pot lucks for their meals. And for your convenience we have provided two food tables, two refrigerators, 1 freezer, sink, paper plates and utensils, pizza oven, microwave, blender& coffee maker. In this space you can enjoy unlimited amounts of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, iced tea, flavored teas, chai teas (7), lemonade and cappuccino.
Also for your enjoyment in our home is a wine cellar, gift shop, Spa, gaming room, hammock garden, fire pit for making s’mores, a quiet reading room, and 2 outside smoking areas.
Each morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. we will serve you a lumberjack breakfast followed by one of Mike’s pastries. You may bring whatever you want to drink or just call us and we will have what you want here before you arrive.
After you pay/pick the room of your choice please car pool together. Check in is 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Any person that stays 3 nights can check in at noon. All weekend retreats are a 2 night minimum. In order to use our ballroom we need a minimum of 4 people or a maximum of 16 people. There is a one month cancelation policy for all of our group retreats.

We thank you for selecting The Crystal Bell as your home away from home. We will provide you each morning with a delicious breakfast. And during your stay you may enjoy unlimited amounts of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, cappuccino, iced tea, chai teas, lemonade, fresh popcorn and Mike’s delicious cookies, muffins & pastries. Please remember to bring your robe and slippers. Also, there is no need to bring water as we have the best in the state, right here in little Wabeno.
Our 2 night minimum is $140, 3 nights is $195 and 4 nights is $240.
