It is the responsibility of the CWM HR Manager to understand and execute all areas of the Impact Outsourcing Solutions program, as well as to ensure that all applicable employees understand and follow the policies and procedures.

The CWM HR Manager will facilitate and manage the processes included, but not limited to, the following areas:

Provide Staffing Providers information regarding client needs (if applicable per client)

Initial introduction to work site of agency on boarding (if applicable per client)

Initial introduction orientation of agency on boarding (if applicable per client)

Safety Training

Identifying candidates to the Impact program

Hiring Process (per client specifics)

Administer Drug Screens

Impact Outsourcing Orientation

Payroll Review/Submittal

Performance Reviews

Recordkeeping and providing data of workforce

Attendance tracking

Disciplinary documentation

Documentation and responding to unemployment claims

Record, facilitate and follow up of any work related injuries or accidents

OSHA Logs

Workman’s Comp Administration

Decision making which may impact the employees, client and or Impact Outsourcing Solutions

Minimum Requirements:

Two years’ experience recruiting, outsourcing personnel or comparable areas

Experience in Customer Service

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office

Knowledgeable in payroll processes.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to provide leadership and promote teamwork

Professionalism and confidentiality

Possess excellent attendance and dependability.

Desired:

HR background or one year experience in any role of human resources

Experience in other business systems for payroll and HR

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

4 Year College Degree (Preferred)
