General Information
This release replaces all previous major, minor and emergency releases. All changes included in a major release will also be included in a minor release. There is no downtime needed to install a release unless specifically mentioned in the Trust Implementation Issues section. All sites can be upgraded to this release of CRIS. No changes are included in a release until the change passes all tests and that change has no known issues or has caused any new known issues at the time of release. Each release of CRIS is not normally released with any known major issues unless specifically mentioned in the know issues section.

2. Issue Summaries
The following section summarises the changes made in this version of CRIS relative to release 1.06.12n. Changes are divided into new features and issues resolved. Details of each change are provided later in the document in "Change Details". Navigation is best achieved by searching the document for the relevant "HSS Ref" number.
Notes on the following tables:
HSS Ref. - this relates to internal HSS change numbers.
LSP Ref. - this relates to LSP Incident, Problem or RFC reference numbers.
By Request - these changes can only be activated by HSS on a specific request by a Trust.
Trust Interest - these changes are deemed to be of significance to trusts either because they impact end users, require trust action or are desirable new features/fixes, which trusts are most likely to take advantage of.

This section provides further details of each change.
HEAD refers to the development and unreleased testing versions of CRIS. Changes reported in HEAD are either new features not in any previous version of CRIS or issues that have only been introduced or discovered during development or testing of the next release of CRIS. Issues reported in a particular release, HEAD or otherwise, may also be pertinent to other releases of CRIS.
4.1Database
211369 - ExamSummary not identifying verified summary reports.
Reported in: 07.12 Fixed in: 06.12n Resolved by: shodson (simon hodson)
Description: If the exam is not an obs' report (or contains no foetus number) and the user only creates and verifies a summary report, then the report list icon doesn't include a 'tick'.
Resolution: -
4.2Event Details
211241 - Event comment and clinical history saving and display problems.
Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 06.12n Resolved by: bcarroll (Ben Carroll)
Description: Event comment details are not saved to the event when an event is created from an order.
Also the contents of the clinical history and event comment fields are not always correctly displayed on the dictation page.
Resolution: Event 'comments' and 'clinical history' for events made from an order are now saved and displayed in the Event Details page and the Dictation page.
211133 - Saving billing information
Reported in:Fixed in: 06.12n Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: When in post processing, dictation, or reporting mode, the billing information is not saved until the post processing, reporting, or dictation page is finished and saved. Pressing continue does not save the details, neither does "Create Invoice". This means if the user clears the patient without saving, the billing information won't be saved, even though the user may think it has.
There is a warning informing the user that there are unsaved changes however.
In addition, if this warning gets displayed and the user chose No, to not clear the patient, the focus moves back to the event details page, rather than the billing information page.
Resolution: The information on the billing page is now saved against the exam and event when the continue button is pressed on the page. This button appears when in a mode which continues to allow an additional task to be performed, such as reporting, dictating, or post processing mode.
Previously the details were only saved when finishing the mode dependant task (eg. reporting the event) or when the finish button was pressed on the billing screen, but that button is only present when not a mode that continues to a different screen.
211124 - Billing module in standard release

Description: Add the billing module to 06.12n with configuration to turn it on and off.
Resolution: The billing module previously only available in version 0612mc has been included in the standard 0612 releases, with an XR setting of RECEPT.BillingModuleAvailable to turn it on and off. Only people who have specifically bought the module will have the database updated to allow the module to be used.

210767 - Open Images in reporting mode for Insignia PACS
Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 06.12n Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: A change is required so that when CRIS sends an open images call to the Insignia DTI CRIS uses the parameters required to tell the PACS to open the images in reporting mode.
Resolution: Now CRIS will never send a "Read Abort" message to the Insignia PACS when commiting images. It will instead send a "StudyRead" message to the Insignia PACS. Also it will not send a "DICTATION_COMPLETED" message to the Insignia PACS at the end of a dictation.

210707 - Insignia DTI Multiple Display Calls

Description: The Insignia PACS Desktop integration display images message is called twice if the event is selected and loaded from the dictation list with a double click on the event.
Resolution: Now has a timed block awaiting Insignia PACSWorkStation tests
4.5Patient
211422 - Patient changed message appears when no changes have been made

Description: The patient not saved message can appear when clearing the patient and patient details have not been changed.
Resolution: The patient not saved message will no longer appear when patient details have not been changed.
4.6Scanning
211274 - Out of memory error when displaying images
Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 06.12n Resolved by: mwarren (Mark Warren)
Description: It is possible to produce an out of memory exception when displaying request cards one after another.
Resolution: The memory usage for displaying images has been reduced enabling CRIS to continue displaying images.
