CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

  • All changes and cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellations must be made through VIAJES 2000 before 24 October 2010. Until that date, the amount paid will be

refunded less the bank charges.

  • All cancellations made after 25 october 2010 will be subjected to the corresponding fees applied by each hotel.
