FRIDAY REPORT

“iHerb Open Space School-BarayThnuat”

Period 18 Weeks, On 03rd of May 2016

Dear Team Managers,

We would like to summary of the achievements foriHerb Open Space School for the following main activities:

  1. Management :
  1. Teacher Training
  • 10:30am to 11:30am always make the teacher training with all staffs for doing the presentation about their topic in English Speaking:
  • Tuesday: Chantha did the presentation about How to Control in the Classroom.
  • Wednesday: Chamroeun did the presentation about Question Tag.
  • Thursday:Chandy did the presentation about Future Simple & Future Plan
  • Friday:Sreyneth did the presentation about Modal Auxiliary Verb.
  1. Advices /Check /classroom
  • Chantha advised to the students to be more carefully during of raining reason and also takecare students and library ID card.
  • Chantha check the student attendance in each class and collect them for making the student attendance record list.
  • Chantha check breakfast, school compound and drinking cup.
  • We make the schedule for student in ordering to clean the cup.
  • Chantha teaches his students about History of Cambodia every Friday.
  1. Financial
  • Chantha and Chamroeun transferred the 1500$ to Kimheng for his building and 300$ for deposit to 1000 backpacks and we will pay all amount next week when we got the backpacks.
  • Provide the loan 400$ for KeoSakora for buying computer.
  • Chantha make the cash count with Chamroeun on Friday.
  1. LIBRARY REPORT
  • Chantha asked Malis to find the problem in her library and she said “ok” but she just would like to request for material games.
  1. PUBLICE POND REPORT
  • The local people shared money to make the stair by themselves for going into the pond.

  1. CHANTHET’S HOUSE AND NEW BATHROOM REPORT
  • Chanthet’s house and new bathroom ready finished around 90% and the workers are still doing the work because Kimheng’s teams ready make the wall are smooth and the roof finished 100% and they are painting the first white color for the wall.
  • The ceiling of the new house is installing.
  • The new small roof between two huts ready finished and behind the huts and new house ready filled the soil.

According by our training on every day and make the teacher test forPhatSokna, we would like to request for opening the new part time two classes for her that it starts from 4:15pm to 5:15pm and 5:15pm to 6:15pm and she could teach level starter to level 2 for Family & Friend book so please decide and confirm us here.
