5. Package benefit:

The benefit for signing up with EUMCCI for ‘Exhibition Space + Shell stand’ and/or

‘Exhibition Bare Space Only’ is as follow:-

  • Invitation to KeTTHA Breakfast [KeTTHA=Ministry of Energy, Green Technology & Water, Malaysia]

  • Invitation to Ambassador Cocktail

  • Profile in “Green Technology from Europe” publication. 2000 copies will be distributed during exhibition

III. Payment instructions

Reservation is on a first-come first-served basis. 50% down-payment is made to confirm and secure the booking. Final 50% payment is required before 30 June2015 for all booths in the EU Pavilion.

  1. Cheques/bank draft should be crossed and made payable to:

  1. Telegraphic transfer (net of charges) should be made to “EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry” or “EUMCCI”.

  1. Cancellation policy: It is hereby agreed between the parties that once the reservation has been sent to EUMCCI and the booth has been allocated and confirmed by the Organiser:

a)For Down payment made only:Any cancellation by the Exhibitors before30 June2015 shall entitle EUMCCI to forfeit the down payment paid in full.

b)For full payment made: Any cancellation by the Exhibitors before30 June 2015, 50% of the full price paid will be refunded. Any cancellation after 30 June 2015, 100% of payment shall entitle EUMCCI to forfeit.

  1. Goods & Services Tax (GST) implemented by Royal Malaysian Customs Department: starting from 1st April 2015, 6% of GST will be charge on goods and services for all registered company. The prices shown above are not inclusive of 6% GST.
