JESUP MEMORIAL LIBRARY

“Bar Harbor’s Public Library”

2010 - 2011 Donor Menu

Our public library is free for all to use, but it requires financial support to maintain the collection, the building, and the services we provide. We function as the Town’s library, although we are still a private nonprofit organization. This year and last Jesup received only eight percent of its support from the Town budget. The remainder is supplied from funds generous and far-sighted people gave in the past, from our annual book sale, and from the connections we make each year with like-minded people such as you.

Each year we seek support for some specific projects from people who can be more generous in their donation. We will be happy to provide suitable acknowledgment of any such contribution. Please consider underwriting one of the items described in the menu inside.
