Hi ____,

This is not just your run-of-the-mill reunion email – this is my shameless attempt to get you to show up at our XXth reunion at the end of April. As a member of the reunion committee, I have a vested interest in getting as many of us back to campus as possible to celebrate Homecoming Weekend 2013.

If you’re like me, my desire to keep in touch with friends from my days at Hopkins somehow seems to be crowded out by work, family obligations, and life in general. This is one weekend where we can get make up for lost time and catch up - at least until another reunion rolls around!

Registration opens in February, so be sure to visit: www.alumni.jhu.edu/reunion for all of the details! And don’t forget your tickets for Saturday night’s Class of XXXX Reunion Party! Plus, continue the celebration into the night with the Hullabalooza – our all-class dance party!

Now I need to put on my committee hat for a second - I want to ask you not only to Come Back, but to Give Back.

In the Fall, we set a XXX classmate participation goal for our class in the hopes of raising $XXXXX. I am asking you to help us reach that goal between now and Reunion. How much you give is not important to me – just THAT you give. Nearly 50% of undergraduates at JHU are directly impacted by the support of alums like us who have been in their shoes.

We’ll be counting contributions up to the week of Homecoming, so you still have plenty of time to make a gift.

To make a gift online, simply click on the giving link - JHU Online Giving. You can make your gift to The Hopkins Fund, the Alumni Association, a sports team, or a department.

If you prefer to call in your contribution or have questions, you can reach STAFF NAME, our liaison in the Annual Giving office, at (PHONE) or (EMAIL).

See you soon!
