Integration of Fire Detection, Voice Alarm and Communication Solutions: ESSER and Ackermann at the Light+Building 2010

The international trade fair for architecture and technology “Light+Building” takes place in Frankfurt am Main/Germany from 11 to 16 April 2010. It will be the event of the year for the industry and it provides ESSER by Honeywell and Ackermann by Honeywell with the ideal communication platform. Featuring the leitmotif of integration, the synergies between the Ackermann and ESSER product lines will be presented and can be experienced live. The two brands – both one of the market leaders in their segments – have combined their know-how thereby setting the stage for a seamlessly integrated hazard management. The new fire detection system and the expanded standardized voice alarm portfolio reflect the holistic approach in state-of-the-art building automation and control to meet the demands of architects and designers.

Ackermann provides IP/Ethernet connection with the new Ward Management Controller WMC and facilitates the integration of RFID technology. The new Electronic Module EM 340, both visually attractive and technically mature, fulfills sophisticated design standards.

Especially efficient system solutions for a whole variety of requirement profiles evolve from the intelligent networking of area monitoring, fire protection and communication solutions. This opens up savings potential and ensures optimal comfort at top safety level – during daily operation as well as in emergencies. With this comprehensive line of products from Novar GmbH, almost anything is possible: customized and reliable overall concepts can be realized for any object while keeping design in the spotlight.
