IF YOUR Community DID NOT HAVE A TEAM PLAY LAST FALL- The Community Fee will be $50 (No matter how many teams you enter into the league)

  1. REMINDER:
  2. U9/10 games Field sizes – Field sizes are changing to 60x40, NO Punting or Headers allowed, build out line will be halfway between mid line and Penalty Box line). We are continuing to have 3 referees.
  1. Goal kicks-no punting rule and off sides calls-make sure refs are consistent with calls so teams are not cherry picking. (Ref Assignor- Scott Taylor discussed in the spring to make sure everyone is and will be consistent)

Kick off Does not have to roll forward.

  1. U9/10 Games – No throws past Midfield by Keeper. As soon as the keeper releases the ball, then the opposing team can start the attack.
  1. Trish Fulk will send out emails on updated rosters and any add on new players cards for the spring season. We will also post to FB and the website and we will also email the information to the coordinators. Coaches should still have their cards/rosters from Last fall and are to be used for the spring 2018 season as well.
  1. Games will be U9/10– 4- 12 mn quarters;

U11/12 – 25 mn haves;

JR High/HS– 30mn halves

  1. Discussed HS Boys division
  2. Tim Stuckey will handle schedules/Scores again this Spring.
  3. 2 games on Sundays per team if fields/schedules allow, need more than a 5 min break between games if the teams have double headers. Ideally games would be 12:00 and 2:00 and 4:00pm with everyone having an hour between games. (depends on how many teams enter the league in the Spring.) If there are 8 teams, then this might not be feasible to have 2 games for each team on a Sunday. But date availability is limited with prom and graduations in May. Final decision was tabled till we see how many teams enter for the HS division.
  4. HS Boys games played in Pekin and Lincoln again this Spring
