SAILING INSTRUCTIONS AND BRIEFINGS
Sailing Instructions will be issued with your entry confirmation. Skippers will be required to sign in from 19:00hrs Friday 29th June in the I.Y.C. Clubhouse declaring Number of persons on board. All skippers (Skippers only), and officials are required to attend a briefing at 20:00hrs. Any variation to the information declared, shall be passed to the Race committee either in person at the I.Y.C. Clubhouse or by V.H.F. Ch37 at least 1 hour before the race start time. This information will be passed to H.M.C.G.
ENTRY FEES
Entry fees received by Sunday 3rd June 2018, are £30 per yacht Non-Refundable. Entries received between Monday 4th June and Sunday 17th June are £40 per yacht and shall be Non-Refundable.
Entry may be made by posting or presenting forms and payment to the IYC Clubhouse or electronic entries via email . Payment should be made/transferred to:-
National Westminster Bank, Ilfracombe Y.C. Sort code 53.61.21 a/c. 63003821.
It is essential that the payment reference is Surname & Boat Name. A copy of the completed entry form should be emailed to Only when these two items are received shall the entry be accepted. If no entry confirmation is received within 14 days, it is the applicant’s responsibility to make enquiries. Please allow for postal delays etc. as late entries, - ie entries received after Sunday 17th June, will not be accepted.
HARBOUR DUES
Harbour dues for the race are payable directly to the Harbour Masters office. The Harbour Master has instructed that any vessel anchored in the outer harbour must show an anchor light during the hours of darkness.
