I have been accumulating antique and used building materials for some time, now. I have been renovating a circa 1812 house and find I have quite a bit of nice stuff I'll never use.
Take a look at the photos and descriptions and see if there's something that interests you. I can e-mail more photos if you like, or set up an appointment to see. All these materials have been stored out of the weather in my barn. I can deliver within a reasonable radius of the Syracuse, NY area.
I am not a dealer. I have tried to price the items to be at least 50% less than what you'll find elsewhere. Check other sites on the internet or a local salvage yard or antiques dealer.
Call me at 315-682-4394 (weekends or evenings before 10PM) or e-mail at home at or at work at if you have questions

Note: this list does not completely follow format of web page listings! Also I have added items to the web pages not on this list! Someday I’ll update.

Antique Lumber and Flooring

Hemlock 3x8 and 2 1/2x8 rough sawn joists. Old growth hemlock in lengths from 11'-4" to 15'-5". I have run one of them through surface planer (see photo) to show how beautiful this wood can be: tight grain with few knots. Very difficult to find anything like this now. Furniture and other Antiques

Coal/wood/gas range (see photo). The old iron style in beautiful green and cream enamel with nickel accents. "Glendale" model 400 which was made by W.H. Landers in Syracuse, NY. "Patented 1916" is on the temperature gauges, which seems to be right for the age of the range. This stove was in use until about 1986! This would be a fantastic piece in the right kitchen or family/great room! $1000.
