The publications contain papers delivered by speakers and panellists at those conferences. Ancillary texts (draft laws and rules) debated at the conferences are also included. - NEWS FROM THE ACADEMIC FORUM
70 registered delegates from 19 jurisdictions attended to the Academic Forum’s Annual Conference on 30thSeptember to 1stOctober 2009 in Stockholm. Two themes were on the Conference Programme, including “Updates on the European Insolvency Regulation (‘EIR’)” as well as “State Aids and Insolvency”. They would be published as two new additional Technical Series Publications arising from events organized by the INSOL Europe Academic Forum as well as the Joint Insolvency Conference at Brighton, UK (26-27 March 2009) on the theme of “Celebrating the 30 years since Publication of the Cork Report”.

IV - TURNAROUND WING
A discussion paper regarding legal remedies, either out-of-court (consensual) restructurings or in-court-restructurings, provided by domestic legislations for insolvency practitioners facing ailing business is published on the website of INSOL Europe at:
