“I Brought My Own Garment” Waiver

I, the customer, understand that Customistic has garments for sale in the store and additional garment(s) that I can order, but I have chosen to bring in my own garment(s) for customizing on the heat press. My garment is being pressed at my own risk.

I understand that Customistic guarantees all articles provided for the customer from their its inventory, but that MY GARMENT(S) IS NOT GUARANTEED, and is being pressed at my own risk.

I understand that my garment(s) has/have the chance of being burned, scorched, melted or may change color under the use of the heat press. I understand that the application tape used for vinyl preparation may damage or leave marks that may not come off after it is washed. My garment is being pressed at my own risk.

I understand that my garment may be lost or stolen and that it is at MY LOSS and NOT CUSTOMISTIC’s responsibility. My garment is being pressed at my own risk.

I understand that it is recommended that this/these garment(s) be washed and dried in a home washing machine and dryer (to shrink it to its lasting size) before being brought into the store for heat press application. I also understand that any garment(s) tagged/marked as “Pre-Shrunk”, does not guarantee shrinking will not occur after washing the garment(s) once it has been pressed with vinyl. My garment is being pressed at my own risk.

I understand that the vinyl may not adhere to my garment(s) properly, or may come undone. If the vinyl does not work, I will not get a refund because the vinyl has already been printed, Customistic has already done the work and used the appropriate materials, and it just didn’t stick to my shirt. I understand my shirt may not be able to be heat pressed and that I will be paying the money running the risk that it doesn’t work and I will not get a refund. I understand that I may even get the blank garment(s) back with scorched marks from Customistic trying to get the vinyl to adhere and that Customistic will still not owe me a refund.

I understand that if the vinyl is crooked, backwards, too big, too small, wrong color, wrong font or messed up in any way, it is not going to be replaced with anything else and I will not receive a refund. My garment is being pressed at my own risk. The person that made your shirt incorrectly will feel really bad though.

I affirm that this garment is clean and ready for press. If the garment is not clean, and stinks up the store because it has not been cleaned, there may be an additional $2 stinky fee that can be assessed and must be paid prior to being able to pick up the garment.

I understand that if I get my garment back and, to sum it up, it has a big pink decal on it and says, “Customistic Rules!” on the front and back of it, I will not get a refund because I left it at the store at my own risk. And I will be expected to love my new Customistic shirt and wear it everywhere. My garment is being pressed at my own risk.

I understand all terms and conditions in this document, and I understand this document waives my (the customer’s) right to any refund or replacement for any reason. My garment is being pressed at my own risk. Customistic, the owner and employees are not responsible for my garment in any circumstance.
