  • Committee Reports: Secretary- 6/26minutes approved

Treas- Our balance is $14,386.41. We received $2200 in sponsor monies from Farmers Ins. Not sure if that was for 16-17’ or 17-18’.Vin stated he took down banners and are stored in concession stand. Guests asked what the money was for on top of Pay to Play. It was explained that Pay to Play monies go to offset the Athletic expenses such as transportation, uniforms, fees, coaches, etc. Our money is used in those cases where teams have a need that’s not being met by the administration and also to promote Athletics at RHAM. Gentleman worked for BellTown Motors and they may be interested in sponsorship.

  • Open Positions- Membership, Communications- still open
  • Operations update- Address change, Website changes

We now will be using Po Box 399 for mail set up w post office. Vin met with Seth Molofsky for many hours last week going over options for the website and domain hostingHes been doing all this for free. We cant update the site easily, no email/content manager, no membership options. Going to new Wild Apricot site- includes all of that- new website- easily updated by RSB member, Online Membership Join and Payment processing, Event tickets online processing, CRM contact manager to communicate with members, minutes page, team links. Easy member renewal process for following years. Automatic integration from previous excel spreadsheets and will print lists. Vin checked with one of ticket takers and they would be thrilled to use a list.

Our current cost is $140 per year through Lunar Pages. The new site will be $432 per year so an increase of $292. The cost to set up the new site is a one time fee of $300. A draft of the site will be sent out to the board for final approval.

  • Open House- High School, Middle School- Mark your Calendars- Thurs 9/14 High School Thurs 9/21 –MS usually @6pm. We will have sign ups, rhampage shirts and apparel clearance. Will email out closer to the dates for help.
  • Home Openers- fall season- soccer/football/volleyball

Football 9/9 1pm (12:30), 9/8-boys soc 3:45volleball 5pm, 9/12 girls soc 3:45. We will reach out to teams and help promote their home openers with fliers in the school, free food, etc.

  • Apparel – Current Inventory, Rhampage shirts

We will look to move apparel in clearance sale at Open houses. We will order 100 Rhampage shirts for the student body white w blue lettering and extra 30 for parents same colors as last year. We hope to have student help with the Rhampage shirts and also will have at home openers.

  • RHAM Admin updates- facilities, Dr Law mtg, BOE 8.28 mtg- Strategic planning, Capital projects. Parks/Rec 8.28

Tennis court resurfacing, new irrigation system for pit(Calarco was not consulted on irrigation job), new drainage approved for Comp field, survey for maintenance shed area in Oct date, Mascot field painting has been requested, upgrades to baseball fencing and infield

  • Team Liaisons- no report
  • Special Events-Night Games – scheduled for 10/6+7- Vin will set up a meeting with team booster clubs in next few weeks to begin to plan. He has connected with Coachs vs Cancer rep and they have it on their schedule.

Wine tasting 11/11- Booked with Brian at Blackledge and

Rich Veilleux to handle the wine tasting and order forms. Need

to market at Open House and home openers!

Sr Nights, Sports Banquets- no report as of yet.

  • PA System-Looking to purchase a PA/music system to be owned/stored at Concession stand. Currently have borrowed Vin C and Hebron Baseball for most of the events.
