Objectives and Motivation
The accelerating digitization of business processes increases a necessity to reflect the situation and effectively react on it to be successful. Digitization often enables a process of fundamental reconfigurationnot only the structure of traditional professions but the human work itself and work organization as well. The important question at present seems to be the necessity of identification the labour market needs due to decreasing needs of standardized low-skills and in opposite to increasing needs of high-skills activities, due to cyber physical systems implementation and growing quantity ICT-related tasks.A lot of predictions and research studies exist at present. On the other hand the process of digitization seems to be faster, then the formulation of predictions based on research studies. The very important strategy how to react to the situation seems to be the knowledge sharing, experience exchanging and the example of good practice presenting.
The conference session titled “Human Labour and Work Organization Reconfigurationin 4.0” is intended to provide an opportunity for researchersin the field of education, employment, managing people, practitioners (trainers, trainees, lecturers and learners, study programs builders, MBA students, etc.), as well as managers themselves from around the world to exchange their experiences, ideas, strategies, solutions and decision- making for achieving of objectives, the implementation oforganizational changes, the successful implementation oftransformation processes, promoting innovation and creativity of employees to adopt the digitization.The conference session welcomes theoretical, technical, research, as well and empirical papers from all areas of research in the field of managing people, managerial training and learning in the process of digitization.
Scope and Interests
The conference special session aims focus on all related questions of adequate professional preparation and continuing training in the process of digitization. The main purpose of this special session is to provide an outstanding opportunity for participants to address and discuss new trends of teaching and training people under the influence of digitization. Modern technologies offer a big challenge in human resources management of the current traditional companies and their transformation as well as new companies building and managing. Appropriate cultivating of human potential is one of the core aims of present and future educators, trainers and managers.
