Application is permitted only to those who agree to the 7 below terms and sign or give their seal in agreement.

  1. I (the applicant) will not allow others than myself (the applicant) to use the user ID issued by the Center.
  2. If any of the registered items change, the applicant will fill out the necessary items and changed items in the application form, and promptly submit the updated form.
  3. This application grants permission to use the system for the duration of the fiscal year in which the application was made.
  4. If the applicant wishes to continue using the system in the following fiscal year, the he or she will submit the "Application for renewal of web service" form.
  5. When terminating use, the applicant will promptly submit a use report, as well as the form for Termination of Use/Temporary Suspension.
  6. The applicant will not use the system for the development, design, manufacture, storage, or use of weapons of mass destruction, such as nuclear weapons, biological weapons, or missiles.
  7. If the Center observes a violation by the applicant of any of the above terms, or if it observes any kind of misuse, it will prohibit the user from further use of the system. In such a case, the applicant will not express any dissent whatsoever.

Notes for when filling out the application

  1. Students and student researchers must receive a signature or seal of approval from their supervisor.
  2. Please have one person in charge of payment per laboratory.
  3. The person in charge of finance is generally the head of accounting of the department to which the person in charge of payment belongs. If the person in charge of finance is an instructor of the Institute of Medical Science, the University of Tokyo, there is no need to specify the person in charge of finance on the form.
  4. The service created by this application will be active to the end of the fiscal year (March 31) of the date of application. If you wish to continue providing the service, please fill out a renewal application.
  5. Please include one of the following statements in the main text or the Acknowledgments section of any papers published as a result of research that employed the HGC computer system: You may adjust the wording to fit into the text.
