Human Body Systems Poster

You know all living things are made of cells. Groups of cells create Tissues. Tissues create Organs. Certain organs working together create Systems. There are 3 human systems we will look at:

1) the digestive system 2) circulatory system 3) respiratory system

These lab groups will represent the following systems:

group 1=digestive group 2=circulatory group 3=respiratory

group 4=digestive group 5=circulatory group 6=respiratory

group 7=digestive group 8=circulatory

Working in your lab groups, get a piece of poster paper. Draw a body outline. Your group has 4 components to put on the poster:

1) Draw the system on the body outline including organs. (3pts)

2) Label the organs that make up that system and write the title. (3pts)

3) Describe what your system does for the human body. (3pts)

4) Describe another body system your group's system works with. (3pts)

See the rubric on the next page.
