RUNNING WORD 2007 OR WORD 2010?
A Custom Toolbar for TM14 is furnished when Word 2007 or Word 2010 is available. To view, press "Add-Ins". The TM14 toolbar can also be accessed from your your Quick Access Toolbar as a small white icon showing a set of tickets. If you are using an earlier version of Word, the TM14 Toolbar will be shown on the screen.
USING GRAPHICS IN WORD 2007 OR WORD 2010?
It is no longer possible to "Insert Picture" directly in a ticket as you could under Word 2003. Instead, when you select your graphic, press the drop-down arrow to the right of the INSERT button and select 'Link to File' (Warning: if you insert a picture directly, your ticket sample will lprint fine; but when you select numbers and try to print your tickets, each graphic will display only as red 'X').
FILE EXTENSIONS
TM14 uses ticket extensions to file your ticket samples. If you do not see file extensions , go to Start>Control Panel>Tools>File Options>View and set Hidden Files and Folders to Show All Files, and be sure the next checkbox -- "Hide File Extensions for Known File Types" is UNCHECKED.
WHERE'S MY TICKET?
When you save your ticket using the TktSave Icon on the TM14 toolbar, it is being saved in tickets/files with all the other tickets. This is the default directory (you can save your ticket wherever you wish, but you will have to search for it every time).
To retrieve your ticket, when you select the style you used to create it, press the drop-down arrow to the right of "Files of type" and choose All Style... All tickets of that type will then be displayed, including yours.
LUXE AND FULL-PERF TICKET BLANKS
We furnish perforated blanks for every template shown in TM14. Blanks are manufactured in two styles:
1) forms with single perforation for cutting after printing.
