How to Set or Change Your Password

·  From the green menu bar, click on “My Info” to bring up the Update Information screen.

·  You MUST enter your current password to make any changes on the “My Info” page, including setting a new password.


·  Passwords are case sensitive.

·  Your new password requires the following:

o  Minimum of 8 characters

o  At least one upper case letter

o  At least one lower case letter

o  At least one number

o  At least one non-alphanumeric character (ex. !@#$%)

·  Password Example:

o  Poor = redwings

o  Good = Redw1ng$

·  Pick and enter your password in the “New Password” and “New Password (to verify)” text boxes.

·  Click “Update the Database” to submit your new password.


Setting a Forgotten Password Question

·  In order to retrieve a forgotten password in the future, you must set up a forgotten password question in advance on the “My Info” page.

·  To use the Forgotten Password process in the future, an email address must be entered on the “My Info” page.

o  You will need to enter your current password at the top in order to save any information on this page.

o  Enter your email address.

o  Click “Update the Database” to save your email information.

·  To set your questions, click on “Set My Forgotten Password Question” at the bottom of the “My Info” page. (NOTE: You will need to enter you current password at the top of this page to continue.)

After pressing the “Set My Forgotten Password Question,” you will be directed to this “Forgotten Password Questions” page:

·  Enter a question and answer in the box provided.

o  Please note that if you need to use the Forgotten Password Process in the future, your answer is case-sensitive.

o  Click “Update the Database” to save your question and answer

·  An additional box will come up to enter another question.

o  More than one question/answer may be answered, but only one is required.

·  Do delete a question:

o  Put a check in the “Del” column next to the question that you would like to remove.

o  Click “Update the Database”

·  When you are finished updating your questions, you may simply navigate away from this page.
