How to sell a Matstone or other single auger juicer.

1) Durability: these machines have huge life spans, with no blade or cutter there is nothing to go blunt and with the reduction gearboxes giving them their low speed operation the motor will last and last.

2) Flexibility: most horizontal format single auger juicers (like the Matstone) are multi function, swapping the juicing screen for the included mincing screen turns the juicer into a homogenizer/grinder/mincing machine. You can make pasta (nozzles supplied) baby food, sauces, pastes and grind seeds, herbs and spices and even make nut butters.

3) The cold pressed advantage: Matstone type juicers are more expensive than centrifugal juicers (whizzy basket juicers) but they deliver many advantages. The juice they make is cold pressed, has better nutritional properties and can be stored. They also juice all fruits and vegetables and leafy greens such as wheatgrass. You can even peel oranges and feed them through the Matstone negating the need for a citrus juicer. Centrifugal juicers make a very oxygenated juice, due to the juice flying around in the machine in droplet form. This is no good for nutrient retention.

4) Cleaning: The Matstone strips down and cleans in less than a minute, the mess is very contained in the barrel/juicing screen/auger area, less to clean than a centrifugal juicer.

5) QUIET!!: Matstone juicers are very quiet, with a 200 watt induction motor we could have a conversation while juicing, centrifugal juicers typically run at 4-10’000 rpm, sounding rather like a jet engine.

6) A long term solution: Matstone juicers will keep churning out juice for years, the spares are cheap and easily available, nothing goes blunt (coz it’s blunt to start with) and nothing blocks up, it will perform at 100% through its lifespan.

7) Backup and warranty: Matstone juicers are distributed by us in the UK we back up the machines well with no quibble warranty cover. The juicing parts are guaranteed for 5 years and the motor/gearbox for 12 years. Very few other machines give you this. All spares from a fuse to a new motor are on the shelf ready to go!

8) Commercial crossover: The Matstone is seen in juicebars up and down the country churning out the wheatgrass shots, a great vote of confidence in this robust little machine.

9) Matstone or a Samson?? There is a point of confusion here as the Matstone 6 in 1 and the Samson 6 in 1 juicer is the same machine, from the same factory, just packaged differently.
