HOW TO PROVIDE SECTION DATA

  1. Click on Grantees in the banner of a website page.
  1. You should see the Grantee Information Tab.
  2. On the left side of the page, choose all the States, Settings, and Urbanicities where curriculum will be provided under your grant.
  3. On the right side of the page, add all the programs models that will be implemented under your grant.
  4. For each program model you select/create:
  5. Fill in the ideal number of sessions
  6. Click on all the states, settings, and urbanicities where that program model will be implemented under your grant.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Save at the bottom of the Grantee Information Tab.
  9. Click on the Implementing Organizations Tab.

  1. You’ll see your own grantee organization at the top of the list with “(self as IO).” Self as IO means self as implementing organization.
  2. Add any implementing organizations other than yourself should there be any by clicking on Add New Organization and filling out the form.
  3. If you want to edit information for any implementing organization, such as what program models they are implementing, (1) click on the icon in the Actions column, (2) make the updates, and (3) click Save.

  1. For those of you with implementing organizations other than your own grantee organization, select the implementing organization from the implementing organization drop down field at the bottom of the page that you’d like to provide data for.
  1. Click on the Program Models Tab.
  2. Click Create/View Sections for the program model in which you’d like to provide data.
  3. To create a section, type a name into the Section Name field and hit the green icon with the plus sign.
  4. Click on the icon with the magnifying glass for each section that you’d like to provide data for.
  5. Make a choice from the Report Period drop down field.
  6. Make sure the State, Urbanicity, and Predominant Setting drop down values are correct for that section. Make adjustments as necessary.
  7. Fill in data on the section template.
  8. You are expected to fill in values for each item.
  9. You must enter values for items with red asterisks for the data to save.
  10. Once done entering values, hit Save on the bottom of the page.
