Position Summary

Responsible for database integrity, as well as leading technical services operations and supporting integrated library system for Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service member libraries and affiliates.
Terms of Employment:
This is 100%, 12-month classified assignment of the C2 band and grade.
Upon hire, must pass security inquiry, which may include criminal and/or driving history; only information relevant to the position will be considered.
Requires provisional use of personal vehicle to travel between various locations.
May require flexible work schedule to meet department/program needs, which may include evenings and/or weekends.

The Community We Serve

Chemeketa Community College is the third largest post-secondary institution in Oregon, with approximately 50,000 students enrolled from a diversity of backgrounds. Salary

$4,214.00 - $6,431.00 Monthly

Requirements

A Master's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
-AND-
Formal cataloging training in AACR2 and/or RDA
-AND-
Five years' experience managing automated library systems, cataloging, and data processing
-OR-
Master's degree in a library programfrom an ALA accredited institution
-AND-
Formal cataloging training in AACR2 and/or RDA

Two years' experience managing automated library systems, cataloging, and data processing
