How do I Qualify and Earn Points in the Rewards Program
Step 1: Sell any qualifying DS4800 or SAN switch(from Brocade, Cisco, McData),Premium Feature or Software to an end user customer.
Step 2: Register and create a personal account on the 4G/bs Advantage Rewards Program web site located at:
(With this account, participants can submit claims for sales of qualifying products including DS4800 systems, Brocade, Cisco, McData and Qlogic SAN switches, Premium Features and Software sales, view the status of claims they have submitted, redeem rewards and track the shipping or processing of orders for reward items.)
Step 3: Once a participant has sold qualifying hardware or software, they must submit a claim for the sale of the qualifying product and provide proof of sale. Participant should first log onto the Rewards Program website and select the “Claim” link from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Participant should thenfollow the steps for submitting a claim. Information on requirements for submitting proof of sale for claims is detailed on the program web site.
(Note: Qualifying products in the program must have been sold to end user customers between January 1, 2006 and June 30, 2006 in order to receive reward points. Participant must submit claims for sales and select their rewards prizes no later thanJuly 31, 2006 or points will not be awarded. This incentive is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Engenio, IBM, Brocade, Cisco and McData reserve the right to modify or withdraw this incentive at any time. Step 4: Participants are able to view and track historical claims submitted on the website. Participant should continue to sell and claim products until they have reached the required point level for a reward.
Step 5: Once Participants have earned enough points to claim a reward (Points categories are 1,000; 1,500; 2,500 and 4,000), Participants can claim a reward. To claim a reward, participants select “Redeem” from the navigation bar at the top of the page to browse the reward levels. Once a claimhas been made for a reward, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks to process the claim and send the reward to the participant.
Can this offer be combined with other offers?
This is an Engenio, Brocade, Cisco, and McData incentive. Any IBM incentives can be used for the sale of the eligible products including but not limited to, IGF or other leasing or financing offers, discounts and special bids, IBM promotions or any other rebates on the eligible products.
