Permanent Release Letter from command directing permanent release

1. Verbal requests will NOT be accepted.

2.  Submit Permanent Release Letter at least 24 hours in advance of intended permanent release time to the Brig Parole and Release office. Letter MUST be signed by the Convening Authority and sentences can ONLY be remitted or suspended IAW MCM 2008. This CANNOT be delegated.

3.  Bring original request to the Brig Receiving and Release office on the day of

permanent release.
