5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reservation should be accompanied by full payment in order to secure your room.
Any change or cancellation MUST be notified in writing to the TNKorea one week before your arrival. After this, one night hotel room deposit cannot be refunded.
 All bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
 Please note that for administrativereasons, refunds will be made after the conference.
