1. Crown Plaza Hotel Maastricht
Special room rates are€129,00 for a single room per night, €149,00 for a double room per night, breakfast included.A shuttle bus will take you tothe Aviation Competence Centre on the morning of the 19thand the 20thMay.
30 rooms are reserved at this special rate and must be booked before the 23th of April 2015.

The Crowne Plaza is situated on the bank of the river Maas, with an excellent view of Maastricht, near the historic city centre (walking distance) and train station (Maastricht Central Station).
2. Golden Tulip Apple Park Maastricht
Special room rates are € 85,00 for a single room per night, € 99,00 for a double room per night, breakfast included.A shuttle bus will take you to the Aviation Competence Centre onthe morning of the 19thand the 20th May.

You will find the Golden Tulip Apple Park on the Maastricht outer ring road. The town centre is a mile away. You may take a bus or taxi to the City Centre or train station

Brussels Airport( ):
Renting a car for 2 days at Brussels Airport starts at about € 105,00.It takes about one hour to drive to Maastricht by car. You will find more information about rental carson the website of Brussels Airport.
When you want to travel by train from Bruxelles-Nat.-Aéroport to Maastricht Central Station, it will cost about € 30,00 single trip. Train tickets can be bought on the website:

Eindhoven Airport( ) :

When you want to travel by train from Eindhoven Airport you first have to take the bus (400 or 401) to Eindhoven Central Station, which will take about 20 minutes. Travelling from Maastricht Central Station to your hotel
When you stay at the Crown Plaza, you can walk from Maastricht Central Stationto the hotel. Lunch on the 19th and the 20th May
Lunch on both days will be provided by the Aviation Competence Centre. It includes coffee, tea, water and soft drinks.
Evening program on the 19th May
For the evening programme it’s important to bring your passportin the morning of the 19th May.A bus will take us from Maastricht Airport to Maastricht where we will have dinner together.
Going back home
At the end of the seminar on the 20th of May you may take the bus at our location (bushalte MAA Leeuwenborgh)to Maastricht Aachen Airport (about 5 minutes) or Maastricht Central Station (about 30 minutes). Bus 59 will arrive every half hour. For more information
