Ability to amend GDS Remark
In response to feedback from our Hotel Booker users to provide the agency more control over some of the configuration settings, we are pleased to advise that this enhancement will allowagency Super Users to amend GDS remarks from within the agency Admin Tool. Previously, any changes to GDS remarks had to be channeled via the Conferma Support team
Ability to Add Custom Data Fields
Another feature that we are opening up to agency Super Users is the ability to add new customer data fields. Currently users can only amend existing options.
Allocation Close Out Period to Be Set in Hours
To enhance the current daily close out time for Allocations we have included the ability to also configure the close out period in hours. Allocation close out periods can now be set as days, hours or a combination of both.
Premier Inn breakfast restriction
Currently, within the Agency Admin Tool it is possible to configure payment restrictions / inclusions. For each payment restriction a user can configure Premier Inn options e.g. alcohol allowed, dinner allowance etc. As part of this release, the options are to be extended to allow a breakfast inclusion to be specified. The new breakfast option will include:Not Included / Full English Breakfast / Continental Breakfast / Meal Deal.
Remove Unknown Travel Policy Status Message
Currently, if a user attempts to retrieve online rates for a multiple night reservation and has a travel policy in place, they will receive the message Unknown Travel Policy Status., however this sometimes causes confusion and therefore the Unknown Travel Policy Status will be removed at this stage of the booking process.
Profile Synchronisation
The Conferma Profile API has been updated to allow for two new notifications to be enabled during the Create Profile and Update Profile operations:

Manager Notified for Out of Policy Bookings
