IftheEventOrganizerforsomereasonscannotfulfillanyoftherequired conditions, please,let know about it to the Band Managerin advance.
Eachpage of this rider should be signed by the Event Organizer.
Incase ofnon-fulfillmentofoneormoreriderrequirements,Band Managercan call off the concert without prejudice to any Band rights.
ACCOMMODATION:
IVA NOVA band are 4 girls (musicians), tour manager (girl) and one guy (sound engineer).
2 (two) standard rooms (for two and three person) and 1 (one) single room required.
If the band is travelling with the tour bus – 1 (one) more single room required for the driver.
Hotelreservationcardsshouldbefilledinadvance. Keys and the list of rooms for the artists should be provided tothe Band.
Hotelroomscanbereplacedwitha rented flat with6/7 beds.
TRANSPORTATION:
TRAIN
Fortravellingbytrain (whichshouldnotbea transferone)the Bandrequires 6 places in one carriage. Bedlinenshould be provided and prepaid.
BUS
The bus provided for travel should be in fully operational condition. Busdriversshouldknowtherouteinadvance.
WINTERSEASON: Inwintertimeheatingshouldbeoperatingallthetime.
SUMMERSEASON: In summertime conditioningshould be provided.
Bus journeys forlongerthan 5 hoursare negotiated in advance on special conditions.
PLANE
For travellingbyplanetheBandrequires6(six) economyclasstickets with 1 piece of checked-in baggage per person (prepaid).
CARRIAGE IN THE CITY:
8-seats minibus with a large baggage compartmentforinstruments or 2 cars should be providedfor all duration of stay in the city.
DRESSING ROOM:
TheBandneedsonedressingroomwhich can be locked with a key.
Thedressingroomkeyshouldbeprovided to the Banddirectly upon the arrival to the venue. Accesstothedressingroomisallowedonly for the musicians and guests of the Band with accreditation.
Dressingroomshouldbe equipped withgood lighting and a mirror. The entrance to the dressing room should not lead through the concert hall.
In the dressing room should be provided:
-Stillwater– 10 bottles 0.5 l.
-Tea, coffee, cream, sugar (with the teapot)
-Snacks (fruits, cheese)
-5 towels
-Iron and ironing board
-Beer and 1 bottle of dry red wine (after the show)
MEALS:
OrganizershouldprovidetheBandathisownexpensewiththreemealsfor6personsdailyincluding the delivery of meals to the venue.
TIMESCHEDULE:
OrganizershouldvalidatethedetailedtimeschedulewiththeBand Managernotlaterthan 2 (two) daysbeforetheconcertdate.
SOUNDCHECK:
Organizer must ensure that all the sound and light technical equipment is working properly. For any questions, contact with the Sound engineer of the Band notlaterthan 2 (two) daysbeforetheconcertdate.
GUESTS:
Organizer should provide 10 (ten) complimentary tickets or guest lists (free tickets for friends and family)
SECURITY:
Organizertakesresponsibilityforsecurityofthe Band -musicians, instrumentsandequipment–duringalltimeofresidenceinthecity. Organizertakesresponsibilityfordamage, caused to the Band by non-professional security service.
PROCUREMENTOFVISAS:
Organizershould provide fullvisasupport, invitation and other documents required by immigration service according to local legislation,and refund of all visas. Organizershouldalsocover allcustomcharges, lading bills, agency commissions and fees.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
REPRESENTATIVE:Organizershould providea guide(representativeperson)for all duration of residence of the Band in the city(including pick-up and seeing off at the trainstationor the airport). This person shall be authorized to solve any issues. His or her contacts should be provided in advance, not later than 2 (two) days before the arrival of the Band. The representative should help theBandtoload/unload musical instruments.
MERCHANDISING:The Band should be provided with the well-litedtrading place, including a table and a chair.
INSTRUMENTS’SECURITY:Musical instrumentsand technicalequipmentshould be carefully protected at the venue before, during and after the gig of the Band.
STAGEBRANDING:Anysponsor advertising can be placedon stage only after special agreement with the Band management. It is strictly prohibited to placeadvertisingitemsonstagewithoutpreliminary agreement with theBand management.
