2014 Homecoming Tailgate Prevails

A little rain did not dampen the spirit of RJR Demon fans at the Homecoming Tailgate! Hundreds of students, faculty and parents gathered under big tents and enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Twin City Diner. The tailgate games were a big hit as were the temporary Demon tattoos. The Homecoming Court ladies were dazzling and the gentlemen were so handsome! While decisions were being made about the pending football game, dedicated volunteers continued serving food and drinks. In the end, the game was rescheduled but we sure had fun while we waited!

Many thanks to everyone who helped make this year a success…. Kristen Ranson at Leonard Ryden Burr for water bottles; Marie Arcuri and Flow Lexus for Demon cups; Ted Irvin at Xpress Screen; William Duke at PartyMakers; SGSC, GC and Key Club for their many hours of support; ROTC for rapid fire clean-up; Shawn & Chuck Hicks, Kathryn Spanos, Tammy Caudle, Jill & Andrew Halverson, Gina Shore, Krista Keiger, Sandy Irvin, Gina Caudill, Latisha Alford, Laura Angle, Jeanne & Tim Brooker, Tracy Nicholson, Todd Carlton, Jenny & Brandon Surmons, Lee Anne West, Guy Arcuri, Christian, Hayden and Hudson Jennings, Tommy, Cackie and Jim Hopkins, Beth O’Brien, Beth Welsh, Kelly Harris and Sarah Kindsvater.
