Snack- Apple
Lunch- Two grilled cheese sandwiches, strawberries and gatorade
Dinner- Rare steak w/ketchup, green beans, cherry red kool-aid, handful red grapes
Tuesday Dec. 4
Breakfast- two eggs, toast and orange juice
Lunch- Ham sandwich, apple and apple juice
Dinner- Taco salad (nacho cheese chips, hamburger, russian dressing, tomato, lettuce and cheese strips) and fruit punch
Wednesday Dec. 5
Breakfast- Overeasy egg, sausage links,toast, sliced peaches and orange juice
Lunch- Ham sandwich (w/ mayo, lettuce, tomato and american cheese), yogurt, orange and half bottle of water
Dinner- Ranch chicken breast, broccoli, banana and soy milk
Snack- Apple
Thursday Dec. 6
Breakfast- Scrambled egg whites w/ cheese, toast w/jelly, turkey bacon and orange juice
Snack-Multi-grain granola bar
Lunch- Italian chicken wrap (chopped chicken breast, garlic, sundried tomatoes, olives, capers, feta cheese and seasonings), chips, celery and apple juice
Snack- fruit of your choice, stay away from fats and sugars
Dinner- Roast salmon with tomato sauce, lime wedges and juice
Friday Dec. 7
Breakfast- Blueberry muffin, wheat bread w/nutella and strawberry smoothie
Lunch- Turkey sandwich (w/ lettuce, tomato,american cheese and mayo), fruit cocktail, chocolate chip cookie and blue gatorade
Dinner- Salad (w/chicken strips, strawberries, blueberries, lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing) and root beer
