Competition Fees / Registration fees for delegations for 2016 are as follows:
Athletes / $55
Coaches / $25
Schools will be charged a penalty of $50.00 if registration and cheque are not received by the registration deadline.

Refunds and Withdrawals / Refunds will only be issued if the “Request for Refund” form is submitted to the BCSSGA Treasurer, at least two days before the competition, and is accompanied by a medical note.

Banquet / All registered guests are invited to attend the semi-formal banquet:

Tickets will be included in the team packages during check-in.
Additional banquet tickets may be purchased for $25.
Teachers and coaches are reminded that they must accompany their athletes
to the banquet and assist with supervision of the dance.

AGM 8:15 – 9:45pm Multipurpose Room 320 (just up the stairs)
Pool admission is $4.40
Each team is expected to have one member in attendance at the AGM.

●  Pictures should be sent in the form of high resolution jpegs
●  Include the school name, city, and the names of individuals in the picture in the body of the email. These will be used in the program

printing of customized apparel will be done on the spot at the event!

Food / There will be a concession just outside the gym doors. There is also a Subway, Sushi, and Chinese restaurant across the street.
Floor Music / Floor music will be accepted in the form of CDs, or MP3 on an electronic device that has a standard 3.5mm Aux outlet (headphone jack).
Please have songs cut down to length.
One piece of music per CD is preferred.
Please have all CDs clearly labelled with the Athlete and School Name.
School Banners / School banners (not be larger than 3' x 8’) can be hung in the gym Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning. Each school is responsible for hanging and taking down their own. Please use masking tape.
Awards Ceremonies / Athletes must remain in their competitive attire or team clothing during the award ceremonies.
Travel Bursary / Louise Chesley Memorial Bursary ($500). For teams travelling great distances, you can apply for this travel grant, form is below.
