§2
1. The Author/Corresponding Author hereby warrants that the Article is the Author’s/Authors’ original work and has not been previously published, either in printed or electronic form and it is not under consideration for publication in any other journals.
2. The Author/Corresponding Author hereby warrants that the Article contains no material of unlawful nature, does not in any way violate or infringe any rights of any third party and that every necessary written permissions to reproduce from other copyrighted sources have been obtained by the Author(s).
3. Corresponding Author declares that participation of co-authors in paper mentioned above is as follows:

§3
The Author/Corresponding Author hereby assigns to Łódzkie Towarzystwo Naukowe royalty-free worldwide license for an unlimited time to reproduce, distribute and sublicense the Article in whole or in part, in any form including electronic, effective upon acceptance for publication.
§4
The Author(s) retain(s) all property rights, other than copyright, relating to the article, such as patent rights, the right to use the Article in their professional work and for teaching purposes, to adapt it for any purpose other than the commercial exploitation of the Article.
§5
The Corresponding Author warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to sign the Agreement on their behalf and that all co-authors agreed to the terms of the Agreement.
§6
No waiver, amendment or other modification to the Agreement shall be valid or binding unless in writing and signed by both parties
.
§7
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in the Publisher’s seat.
§8
The Agreement is made in two identical copies, one for each party involved.
