World Café

This Café will focus on potential policies to further support the implementation of SAFETEA-LU and to guide development of the CTP 2035. The Café menu will seek dialogue on how the following policies support early consideration of environmental issues in transportation planning: 1) integrated planning principles; 2) coordinated State infrastructure planning; 3) transportation planning that addresses regional impacts of multiple projects; 4) incentives for efficient land use; and 5) the role of the State as a data, information, and education provider for local planning.
