Updated Directory - The Nurture Committee has been asked to make an updated directory that is “a living document“- information on people who are attending services of Calvary. There are folks who no longer attend but have kept their name on our roles. That is fine, however, we will be listing the names, addresses, phones, cell phones, and email addresses of those faces we see in our church. We may be coming to you before or after services or other times in order to verify information. Please bear with us as we try to complete this project in a timely fashion. –Diane Andrews

Our Spring Rummage Sale is coming up soon! The dates are Friday, March 20 and Saturday, March 21. Watch for more information.

Criminal and Child Abuse Clearances - In February I will begin the paper and/or computer work involved in obtaining clearances once again for the volunteers and employees of Calvary UM Church. We are a year behind on the 3 year limit designated by the Susquehanna Conference. I will try to do as much by computer as possible, but at this time, I am not sure of that procedure. The new state regulations go into effect July 1; I’m trying to beat that deadline because of the possible delay of hundreds of thousands of applications! Employees will also need to have the FBI fingerprint clearance-a new regulation for us.Thanks for your patience in this matter. I will accept anyone’s offer of help! -Diane Andrews

Please remember to buy Giant and Weis Grocery Cards from Calvary! See Karen Hoover. Profits are used to purchase Bibles to give away at community events.
