Health & Safety Mission Statement:

To develop and promote a healthy and safe environment for all employees and visitors to our facilities through the involvement of all individuals with regard to communication of safe work practices.

Tilton Investments (U) Ltd regards health and safety as the first priority of the business. A number of specific health and safety related objectives and targets have been established and these will be reviewed annually.

Tilton Investments is committed to providing all its employees with appropriate remuneration, training and progression opportunities. In particular, the Tilton management has a responsibility to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions.

To provide training and instructions to enable employees to perform their work safely and efficiently & make available necessary safety devices and protective equipment and to supervise their use.

Tilton Investments is committed to maintain a continuous interest in health and safety matters applicable to the company’s activities, in particular, by consulting and involving employee’s or their representatives wherever possible.

Tilton Investments through the Health and Safety Committee will always play a major role in ensuring written safety policy & enforcement of the same to ensure improved working conditions within the workplace. The committee is to engage into ensuring the safety statement prevails through:-

·  Carrying out risk assessments, Inspections, Trainings, Audit and will hold meetings twice in a month to have safety action plans in place.

·  Identifying unsafe works practices and conditions and suggesting appropriate remedies.

·  Conducting health and safety inspections of both operations and facilities identify safety hazards and recommend corrective measures.

·  Reviewing accident/incident reports. Types of accidents, causes and trends shall be identified and appropriate corrective action suggested.

·  Obtaining and analyzing available data on past injuries and illnesses and identify trends and suggest appropriate corrective actions.

·  Assisting in the development and implementation of effective health and safety awareness programs.

·  Encouraging feedback from all individuals with regard to health and safety related ideas, problems, and solutions.

·  Providing support and serve as a resource in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive safety and loss control program.

·  Developing written programs to ensure compliance with OSHA health and safety regulations. Serve as an advisory body to management on health and safety issues.

·  Providing suggestions and recommendations for resolution of health and safety concerns.
