St. Joseph and St. Theresa is an Outstanding Catholic school situated in Staffordshire. Due to the retirement of the current Headteacher, governors are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher from September 2017.
Our latest RE inspection stated that: “Staff are careful to provide excellent role models for the children in their actions, words and examples so that all children and adults can contribute to a safe and trusting environment where there is mutual respect and care for one another based on the Gospel values.” (July 2014)

You need to:

· Demonstrate experience in coaching and mentoring all staff in a positive manner.
· Demonstrate a good understanding of the primary curriculum and current educational issues.
· Be aware of the challenges and opportunities within the future of education.
· Establish a good working relationship with other schools.
