1. PURPOSE. To provide a sample routesheet.
2. BACKGROUND. The Administration and Resource Management Division (ARDiv) Staff Guidelines were developed to provide a source to ensure that all ARDiv personnel utilize consistent formats and correspondence procedures in accordance with the references.
3. DISCUSSION. The staffing guidelines enclosures provide sample documents to be utilized in “answering the mail.” All possible tasking scenarios are not addressed. Questions should be directed to the ARDiv Administration Officer for guidance. This route sheet should be printed on yellow paper. Ref (b) provides additional information and occasions.
4. COORDINATION. Unless all coordination is marked on the route sheet (i.e., all coord officials have initialed the route sheet), always include a Coordination Page as the last Tab or state “None” when none was required.
