Unit (1):

1- portrait: a picture of a person

2- painting: a picture that someone has painted 3- art gallery: a building where you can go and look at paintings and other art

4- landscape: a picture of the countryside

5- sculpture: an animal, a shape, or a person made from stone, wood, etc.

6- foreground: the part of a picture that looks like it's near you
