Haywood Club AGM: “Supper at Sandhurst”– 01 DECEMBER 2016
1. Introduction. The Haywood Club AGM will be held on Thursday 01 December 2016 at Robertson House (FASC), the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst (RMAS). It will be followed by a mulled wine reception and supper at Robertson House after which, there will be a short presentation on Traumatic Brain Injury. This event is open to all members of the Haywood Club and their guests.
2. Coordinating Instructions.
a. Location. Robertson House (FASC), the Royal Military Academy,
Sandhurst (RMAS), Camberley, Surrey GU15 4NP.
b. Timings.
17.30 AGM (voluntary attendance):McGrigor Room.
18.30 Mulled wine / hot blackcurrant juice Reception: Library.
19.30 Supper: Dining Room.
After dinner presentation on TBI by Dr Pete Jenkins: McGrigor Room.
c. Car Passes. For those personnel who do not have a RMAS Vehicle Pass there will be passes left for all attendees at the London Road (A30) Entrance to RMAS not the College Town gate (next to M&S / Tesco). Please ensure you provide your vehicle details on the return proforma. To gain access to RMAS you must have photographic ID/MOD 90. Please allow extra time for gate security when planning your journey.
d. Car Parking. Parking will be in the Allenbrooke Car Park only; recent security measures prevent parking elsewhere in the vicinity of Robertson House. Entry is from the road that passes in front of the building.
e. Dress. Smart casual.
3. Supper. This will be Lasagne with garlic bread followed by cheesecake. A vegetarian option will be available, please indicate any dietary requirements on the return proforma. Tea / coffee to finish. The bar will be available to purchase refreshments.
4. Accommodation.
a. There is limited accommodation available in RMAS, please contact the
Accommodation Bookings Manager; or DTN 942612246/ Civil 01276 41 2246.
b. There are some transit-style rooms are available in Aldershot. Please contact
the Central Accommodation Booking Service (CABS) on 01252 354 305 or sendthis formby email:Defence Bookings().

5. Payment.
a. The cost of the mulled wine reception and the supper will be £15 per head.
b. Please use the return proforma to confirm how many tickets you require.
