I understand that paint balling is an active and sometimes aggressive Sport involving the elimination of opponents using a specially designed paintball marker, which can bruise and cut the skin.

That my child must obey all rules and instructions and not doing so will result in exclusion from the playing of the game.

I understand that:

Paintballing is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.

The possibility of injury to others and myself exists.

The playing area has varying terrain and may be slippery and have many trip hazards

Goggles must be worn at all time in the playing area unless otherwise instructed by a Marshall

Paintballs can cause bruising and cut the skin.

No markers are allowed in the safe area

There is no physical contact allowed

The site will accept no responsibility for loss or damage to cars or valuables brought onto the site

I confirm and agree that:

I am physically and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in playing paintball.

I have no medical condition that would prevent me from playing. (Make the Marshall’s aware of any medical aid if needed e.g. inhaler).

I am fully aware of the risk and will not deliberately under any circumstances shoot anyone in the head face or neck.

I will wear goggles at all times in the playing area.

I will comply by the rules and use all equipment as instructed and so as to not injure or hurt others.

I will obey all instructions from Orkan Adventures staff.

I will not shoot another player within 25 feet / 8 metres.

I will pay any charges incurred before leaving the site.

I also agree to pay any administration charges, which might occur as a result of cheques being returned or credit card payments being declined.

Shooting at any wildlife is strictly forbidden and doing so will result in the offender being asked to leave the site.

Please remove all rings watches and other valuables you do not wish to loose.

All damaged and lost equipment must be found or replaced (paid for)

I will only use paintballs supplied by Orkan Adventures.
