“Every Girls Dream – Delta Sigma Theta”

Hattiesburg Alumnae Chapter

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

February 1, 2009

Dear Jabberwock Parents,

The eighth biennial Jabberwock Production, Every Girls Dream – Delta Sigma Theta, of the Hattiesburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has been launched. The sorority would like to extend its gratitude for your child’s participation in this affair. We are here to assist and work with the contestant to make this a memorable, cultural experience.

During the upcoming weeks, your child will have several scheduled activities, practices and deadlines to meet. It is the responsibility of the parents and sponsors to make sure the contestants attend practice and meet the set deadlines. If you are unable to comply with the Jabberwock Guidelines (see Tea Booklet), you should contact the chair, Mrs. Tracey Seymour or any member of the Jabberwock committee.

To aid in your success in Jabberwock we have compiled a packet. Contestants will only receive one packet. The packet contains the following information: (1) committee contact list, (2) fundraising guidelines, (3) contestant’s ads and patron’s forms with money collection guidelines, and a (4) calendar of events.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Victoria Easterling, President
