Thursday 15TH JANUARY 2015 8PM

Meeting Opened By Aaron with a short Report and welcome to all the parents who have attended and Alan Edwards who has been helping with our new U10 squad. Explained the format of the AGM meeting to all present.
All former committee members stepped down and the following members were Elected: -
Chairman : Aaron Hayden Proposed By Stuart Potter seconded by Donna Fletcher.
Men's Chairman: Jim Issacs Proposed By Aaron Hayden seconded by Lin Sayers.
Business Co-Chairs: Paul Gansbuehler and Terry Lingley.
Treasurer : Rob Holt Proposed by Jim Issacs seconded by Terry Lingley.
Secretary : Syliva Kearley proposed by Aaron Hayden seconded by Keith Dawson.
Fixture secretary : Sylvia proposed by Aaron Hayden seconded by Mel Reading.
Adult Football Secretary : Jim Issacs and Carl Rolfe Proposed by Matt Fletcher seconded by Donna Fletcher.
New position as administration secretary : Donna Fletcher.
Football Development Officers : Donna and Matt Fletcher proposed by Aaron Hayden seconded by Jim Issacs.
Football Development Coach : Alex Clayden
Child welfare Officer : Mel Reading.
Webmaster: Terry Lingley proposed by Stuart Potter seconded by Matt Fletcher.

Head Goalie Coach: Jack Cope.
Club room Manager : Lin Sayers proposed by Jim Issacs Seconded By Donna Fletcher.
Facilities Building Manager : Stuart Potter.
Treasurers Report : was not available for AGM.
Lin Sayers Gave her report on Club takings – refreshments and Bar .
At this stage AGM was Closed and ordinary Meeting continued.
Business Committee Update :
Committee Heads are looking at the funding and Transparency of funds, where to ear mark monies at the end of season.
Committee is looking into next seasons subs , and the registration fee's , looking into methods of dealing with those who do not pay fee's.
Paul G is looking into the signatories for the HPFC account.
Next Business meeting looking at the future development of the club arranged for 5th Feb 2015.
Football development Update:
Matt explains a football meeting has been set up with Lana Gillard of the Essex FA has been arranged for 28/01/2015 from which she will be taking the club through further funding and development ideas. Football development officers intend on setting up some Girls taster sessions to encourage more female players to the club. We are looking into summer tournament and a festival and invite local schools to the club.
Club room Update:-
Lin has Meetings with contractors to look at and solve the problems around the clubhouse.
Pitches :
Matt is continuing to report on conditions of pitches and to whether they are playable or not on a Saturday and Sunday morning.
Jim states there is a working party on 24th Jan working on the French drainage system.
Jim is running a race night on 07/02/2015 to raise funds towards Drainage.
Child Welfare update:
Most managers need to complete First Aid training and there are managers who are not yet Level 1 this needs to be reminded by march.
Donna and Alex are planning to complete level 2 training in June . Sylvia and Mel to meet to list training requirements.
